Piersol Homes will honor all valid service requests made within one year from the date of settlement.

Your 10 Year New Home Warranty provides extended service coverage for structural components and designated systems within your home. Please refer to the policy booklet you received at settlement for specific information about what is covered under this warrant and procedures for obtaining service should it be required.
