For two consecutive years, Piersol Homes won the coveted MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Awards), presented by the Builders League of South Jersey, for the Best Single Home in the $450,000+ category.

Memory points, like the jungle themed (boy’s) secondary bedroom were included throughout the home for added appeal and to keep the recollections of this extraordinary home’s many unique designer features fresh in prospects’ minds as they made their home-buying decisions.

Picture Perfect Living Ad Campaign

It’s said that “a picture is worth 1000 words” – an important ratio to keep in mind when creating print ads in a “pop-up” world!

The photos of the luxuriously elegant Piersol executive homes definitely sell the “sizzle”; the challenge was to create an ad campaign that showcased the homes (and photos) to best advantage, with just enough copy to make a point, while giving prospective buyers’ the information they need to take appropriate action. That was the focus of this “Picture Perfect” campaign.
