The Magnolia Place
At The Estates at Countryview

The Magnolia Place is an extraordinary, meticulously designed home intended to appeal to buyers in the move up, executive market who are attracted to the classically elegant, country estate style of this spacious home. The home is popular with Piersol buyers not only at The Estates at Country View, but also at many of the company’s other communities. Here’s why:

This home’s spectacular volume foyer, with its graciously curved staircase and soaring designer ceiling makes an immediate “architectural impression”. It feels like this is someplace special – a feeling that’s enhanced throughout the home. The expansive spaces in this home were designed to flow, while allowing each room to serve its purpose with the right amount of individuality and style – and lots of natural light and architectural accents for distinctive style.

Flanking the foyer, the formal living room opens into the formal dining room, accented by a tray ceiling. It’s the perfect arrangement for sophisticated entertaining. The gourmet island kitchen is perfectly located just steps away from the dining room. On the other side the kitchen opens into the spacious two-story family room, which is equipped with a wet bar. It’s the perfect combination for informal entertaining. If that entertaining includes a crowd, there’s ample room in the adjacent sunroom, which is also the perfect place for relaxing retreat when the guests leave.

Upstairs, the lavish owner’s suite offers another kind of retreat with luxurious private bath, private sitting room and two walk-in closets. A curved bridge offers a striking architectural accent, privacy for the owner’s suite, and a link to the princess suite or guest room with private bath. Two additional bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath complete the upstairs layout. A rear stairway permits direct access to the family room from the upstairs, and provides the opportunity for a separate “traffic pattern” between the formal and informal areas of the home. This is a particularly attractive feature for families with young children who can fully enjoy the many extraordinary features of the home, while keeping the formal areas of the home conveniently free from day-to-day disruptions so they are always company ready.

2004 MAME Award   Best Ad Series or Print Campaign

Picture Perfect Living Ad Campaign

It’s said that “a picture is worth 1000 words” – an important ratio to keep in mind when creating print ads in a “pop-up” world!

The photos of the luxuriously elegant Piersol executive homes definitely sell the “sizzle”; the challenge was to create an ad campaign that showcased the homes (and photos) to best advantage, with just enough copy to make a point, while giving prospective buyers’ the information they need to take appropriate action. That was the focus of this “Picture Perfect” campaign.
